“Ginger Parkinson has been telling stories for seven years. Her spunky outgoing personality creates lively and fun stories to listen to. She has spun her magic at Red Butte Gardens, Weber State Storytelling Festival, Spanish Fork City, Pumpkin Chucking Festival in Moab Ut , Provo City’s First Night,Orem and Springville Libraries, Clearfield Storytelling Festival,Springville Museum of Art, schools, churches and community events. She was a finalist in the 2007 Best of the West Storytelling Competition, held during the Indian Summer Storytelling Festival in Vernal Utah. Weekly she spins curriculum based stories as the resident professional storyteller at Freedom Academy Elementary School. When she isn’t telling stories, she loves to mountain bike, hike, read, cook, play games and is known as the “block party queen.” She lives in Springville with her husband and four children.”
