The holidays seem to be a bit of a money crunch , so when something is free….I say jump on it! Here’s a great deal for you!
The Living Planet Aquarium is giving the gift of free admission this holiday season to Salt Lake County residents!
Sandy, Utah — Let The Living Planet Aquarium treat you this holiday season! Salt Lake County residents receive free aquarium admission Monday, December 13 from 11am to 6pm.
Free admission is for Salt Lake County residents only, and is an annual thank-you to the community for its support of the non-profit aquarium. It is sponsored in part by Salt Lake County Zoo, Arts & Parks. The Zoo, Arts, and Parks program has provided funding to certain organizations which enable growth and development of cultural, artistic, zoological, botanical and recreational opportunities within Salt Lake County. Admission is good for all aquarium exhibits and programs, including the newest edition to the aquarium family, an endangered Green sea turtle the aquarium adopted from the Turtle Hospital in Marathon, Florida Keys. Radio Disney will be at the aquarium from 4:30pm-6pm with music, dancing, games and prizes to celebrate the event.
To receive free admission, Salt Lake County residents must present valid identification and proof of residence at the main entrance. Free admission is good only during regular aquarium hours, from 11am to 6pm. Guests from outside Salt Lake County – including relatives or friends of local residents – can accompany local residents, but they will be charged regular admission fees.
