Hi! I'm Karen, a stay at home mom and blogger. Mostly I write about the new foods and recipes I've been making at my house. I like nutella, avocados, muddy buddies, mushrooms, tomatoes, peaches, berries, beans and rice, dark chocolate, cilantro, peanut butter, fried eggs and a million other types of foods. Most of the time, I like to make really easy and simple recipes--that's why I use my slow cooker a lot! I hope you find my posts helpful! Please comment and let me know when you make one of my recipes!

Bountiful Baskets

Maybe I’m the last person to know about Bountiful Baskets, but in case I’m not I’m telling you about it now.

Basically, if you use a lot of produce like I do you’ll love this food co-op.  Each Monday, you can sign up to receive your “basket” of produce on Saturday (there is several different locations in Utah).  You pay online using a credit card.  It’s $16.50 and totally worth it.  I got corn, tomatoes, romaine, carrots, cantaloupe, plums, peaches, bananas, and more.  Besides it being a good deal the produce was very fresh and tasty.  Much better than the grocery store.  If you receive food you don’t usually use, it gives you the motivation to try something new and to mix it up.  I’m so excited to go pick up my basket on Saturday just to see what’s in it!

On my site I have other recipes, but what I would really look at is Frugal Mom’s guide to Once a Month Cooking. Go to the site, and see if it’s something for you. http://www.crockpotking.com.
As far as veg’s are concerned, your better off blanching them, or steam, reason being because they cook sooooo long in a crock pot they lose, if no long there nutritional value (vitamins).

The gestational type will only occur when a woman become pregnant.

If the patient has sufficient strength panchakarma treatment can be started with snehana
followed by vamana and virechana. A lot of people who have developed type I are otherwise in a good state of life or healthy.
