Something New for New Years This Year…

Every year, my husband and I enjoy going on a New Years run together.  It is freezing cold but we bundle up and do it.  I love this tradition that we have.

Instead of starting your year off by sleeping in, eating (more) food, and watching football, why not start with something a little more healthy?  Take a run with your loved ones.

I was so excited when I learned that Draper is having a New Year’s Day run.  The race starts at 10 am (so you can sleep in a bit).  Go here for more details.
