My finance career started back in 1997. I worked my way up learning all that I could to help everyone who sat at my desk. I am a honest person, I want your money to work for you! I love helping people get out of debt. What else.... wife.mother.friend.photographer. Finance.art.fitness.DIY-er.Volleyball.outdoors.beginner chef.Coach.and attempting to sew.

Financial Resolutions Tip #4 – Review 401k Allocations

Review your 401k allocations

We’re in the 2nd month of the new year, why not look at how much you are contributing to your retirement (I hope you’re contributing). What percentage does your employer match? What percentage are you contributing? Are you able to increase your percentage? Is what you’re contributing to doing well? What options are now available to you?

If you’re not sure your allocations are right for you, gather up the statements for ALL of your retirement, 401K, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, life insurance. Make an appointment to see your financial adviser at your financial institution. They are there to help you save  for retirement.
