Hi! I'm Karen, a stay at home mom and blogger. Mostly I write about the new foods and recipes I've been making at my house. I like nutella, avocados, muddy buddies, mushrooms, tomatoes, peaches, berries, beans and rice, dark chocolate, cilantro, peanut butter, fried eggs and a million other types of foods. Most of the time, I like to make really easy and simple recipes--that's why I use my slow cooker a lot! I hope you find my posts helpful! Please comment and let me know when you make one of my recipes!

My Favorite Slow Cooker Recipes: Part 2

I often get the question from people, “what is your favorite slow cooker recipe?”  I hate that question because it’s really hard for me to choose just one favorite recipe.  I’ll go through phases of slow cooker recipes that are my favorites at that moment.  Also since I blog a lot, I don’t often repeat recipes.  I’m constantly trying to make new recipes, so that leaves little time to rehash old recipes.  But, I do have some dishes that I’ve made multiple times because I’m craving them.  Here are the faves at the moment, in no particular order:

Slow Cooker Tomato Basil Soup with Campanelle

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Easy Thai Coconut Soup with Lemongrass

Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken

Zucchini Linguine

5-Minute Prep Slow Cooker Asian Chicken

Slow Cooker Mexican Pulled Pork

Slow Cooker Chicken Massaman Curry

Easy Cheesy Potato and Bacon Soup

Shredded Chicken in the Slow Cooker

Greek Lemon and Rice Soup

Chicken Noodle Soup

Pork Stew with Mushrooms, Barley and Lentils

Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

Mexican Black Beans and Rice

Cream Cheese Chicken Enchilada Soup

No Stick Steel Cut Oats

Totally Tasty Black Beans

Creamy Coconut Chicken and  Sauce

Can I just say, “all of the above?”

I really enjoyed this one http://www.foodiewithfamily.com/2011/09/02/slow-cooker-chicken-tikka-masala/ from Foodie With Family. My entire family loved it, and it was something different from the traditional slow cooker fare. It does require a fair number of ingredients, but was delicious! I also love this one: http://www.recipegirl.com/2007/01/01/slow-cook-tuscan-sausage-and-bean-soup/ from RecipeGirl. Easy, hearty and perfect for a cold day.

My brother recommended I might like this web site. He used to be entirely right. This put up actually made my day. You can not imagine simply how a lot time I had spent for this info! Thank you!
