Starting this Saturday, April 13 at 8:30-9:30 am, I’ll be teaching Yoga in the Woodland Park 300 S 200 E in Farmington every* Saturday morning all through the summer. This is a beautiful park tucked down away from the road and surrounded by tress.

Be sure to Bring:
- Mat, Towel, or Blanket to practice on
- Layers of clothing
- Journal and Pen/Pencil
- Friends or Family Members
Yoga in the Park Saturdays will be donation based. Bring what you can, what feels fair, a nice thank you note, hug, or good karma sent my way! Class will be an all level class with great strength, cardio and relaxation poses.
*Classes will be canceled due to inclement weather. Coming soon to my website will be a calendar of events with dates/times/places of yoga in the park.
