Fitness Tracker

Hello Beautifuls,

The best way to track your fitness goals and where you stand is to write them down.  Now don’t brush this off because you’ve heard it a million times, and it doesn’t seem like it could really help that much,  but this is a MAJOR part in attaining your fitness goals.  Multiple studies have shown that you’re more likely to achieve a goal when it’s written down and attached to a deadline.  If you don’t have it written down or a deadline it’s really not a goal it’s just a dream.

Write down your goal with the date you would like to accomplish it by.  Next write down your action steps you can take to accomplish your goal with the date you want them done by.  Take the action steps and celebrate when you accomplish your goal!  Repeat the process as many times as necessary for the results you want.
